Wedding Terms & Conditions

Brookfield Hall Terms & Conditions of Booking

A provisional booking will be held for 14 days after which time your letter of confirmation and a non-refundable deposit of £500 will be required (which may be spread over two consecutive monthly payments).

Brookfield Hall caters for a minimum of 60 adults during the day (negotiable) and a maximum of 250 guest in the evening.

All prices are inclusive of VAT and are valid for 12 months from the date shown on the menus.

 

Stage Payments

Bookings made within 12 months of the date of the function

  • Initial deposit of £500
  • Six months prior to the date of the function a further deposit of £1000 is due
  • Eight weeks prior to the function the final payment is due
    (Variable subject to agreement with Wedding Coordinator)

Bookings made over 18 months before the date of the function

  • Initial deposit of £500
  • Six months from the date of the booking a second deposit of £1000 is due
  • Six months prior to the date of the function a further deposit of £1000 is due
  • Eight weeks prior to the function the final payment is due
    (Variable subject to agreement with Wedding Coordinator)

In the unforeseen event that you need to cancel your function for any reason, Brookfield Hall will endeavour to rebook the date. If your function date can be filled all monies with the exception of the initial deposit will be refunded.

 

Payment & Final Arrangements

  • Twelve weeks or earlier prior to your wedding/function day, please contact the venue to make an appointment.
  • At this appointment final menus, numbers of guests, packages, colour schemes, and other arrangements will be discussed.
  • A proforma invoice will be raised and sent to you for final payment. This should be made two weeks prior to your function.

Brookfield Hall does not permit spirits/drink of any kind to be given as presents for the duration of the function. Raffle prizes consisting of spirits/drinks must not be consumed during the event.

Candles and chocolate fountains are subject to conditions. (please ask)

 

Entertainment

Our in-house disco will be automatically be booked on your behalf at a cost of £275 and are approved with respect to Health & Safety Regulations and the Risk Assessment Regulation which became Law on 1st October 2006. Should you wish to arrange your own entertainment, this will be subject to proof of valid Public Liability Insurance and full PAT testing certificates.
